KVAL Downtown Solutions Forum Link to RSVP and Submit Questions

I’m writing to let you know we have our registration page up on KVAL.com for our forum on Downtown Eugene next Thursday.

We are asking people to submit questions in advance so we can make sure we cover a range of issues with the audience questions. Please RSVP but it is not required to attend. We have a max capacity of about 70 in the room, and I want to make sure we don’t invite too many people.

I think it's something like, "How do you plan to improve arrest and redirection of the adults who are preying on teens downtown?" This is a concern to our students. The adults pose no problem to us gorwnups, and they fly under the law enforcement radar and do their illegal business with impunity. They are a big concern to kids, who have inadequate defenses. I learned, when I asked the students what to report to the safety task team, that they are very much a law-and-order crowd. They don't much want to be caught in their own shenanigans, but they like the rule of law. Wonders never cease.; ▶ Reply to This
