Jeff,

What exactly is the thermal scan? I did notice that the Broadway Place restrooms are now open 24 hrs now that we have round-the-clock security, but what else is in the works?

Good question. A thermal scan is showing where all of the publicly available restrooms are in a limited geographical area. In downtown, not much else is proposed outside of the increased availability of public restrooms in the Broadway North, Parcade, and Overpark Garages. Your parking fund monies are paying to maintain the increased level of security and restroom services.

The memo also talks about two restroom pilot portapotties up in the Whit. All in the second memo!
