Veggies at the old federal courthouse

When the feds built a new courthouse over by the river, this building was left vacant. Then this spring, in place of some motley shrubs in the pots at 7th and Pearl, vegetables and flowers (some edible) started to spring up. It turns out that a gardener got to stay and keep up the landscaping. He planted this garden in the pots for the enjoyment and harvesting of passers by. What doesn't get harvested, he will send to "Food For Lane County." I choose not to harvest so FFLC gets to have more. Check out the attached files to see how beautiful Downtown Eugene looks.
