Hi Sherrill,

I think we should check in with Tom. I'm open to doing whatever the group thinks is best, but I think Tom is inclined to just have a SC meeting in November and aim for our next GM in January.

That being said, there are some agenda items I think we should cover when the time comes we do have a GM: 1) The reported delays in the WG project (perhaps another briefing from WG?) 2) The proposals to expand EMX into West Eugene (more of a West Eugene issue, however the station is downtown) 3) And updates on the status of Beam and the city's effort along with Opus to find another downtown location for their student housing.

In general, I think we need to focus our meetings a lot more and move away from a "brainstorming" session kind of format.

Just my 2 cents.

I won't be available for the regular SC meeting time, but if we delay a week to Nov 10, I can host the meeting at my house.
