Here's a rough idea of what we have and what we need:
Front page – Need a significant 1/2 page article, and any "new" developments
Page 2 – Will wrote a "letter to the city" before, do we want to do that again?
Page 3 – We have a box with the steering committee members and general info, we need about 2/3 of content.
Page 4 – We'll have schedule and meeting information

That is 2 2/3 pages of content and graphics. Ideas?

The preliminary layout is available below as an Adobe Acrobat file. Take a look at it and see if you like my suggestions. Also, please suggest and write the remaining of the content.

Thanks for staying on top of this Sherrill.

Here are my thoughts off the top of my head: a calendar of future meetings, a summary of the focus group meetings in early April and a calendar of future meetings, a press release from Lord Leebrick? I could also probably write another op-ed letter as well. Anyone else interested in doing it let me know though. A safety update from JD?

Am I forgetting any business we'd need to include?

Sherrill & Will,

Sounds/looks great. I like the Mother's Day tour clip, so more would be nice. I would also like to see an update about the WG project, since I think we need more followup on past meetings and that is such a gaping wound downtown, so it has a lot of symbolic content.
