Richie Weinman and I would like to volunteer as co-facilitators for the next year of this group. If that is agreeable, then we would like to spend time at the next meeting discussing the "what" and "why" do we meet in an effort to define the goals of the group. We can also put together a quick web survey that will help gather this information.

What is needed is someone to "run" the meetings and to sent out reminders. Just recently that person has also been typing up meeting minutes. They have historically been from 1-2pm on the first Tuesday of each month - but if all of you as a group decide to change it - that works.

As was mentioned in the meeting the only participation change would be from the "station manager" as the station is closing (and there will no longer be a station manager). The officers working downtown will likely continue their participation (as the call load downtown allows them - which is the same as now). You may also have a prevention staff person that attends the meetings as a representative of EPD - but I am unsure of "how this might look" right now.

So if anyone out there would be willing to take on this role - please contact me.
